2. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
Parea strictly prohibits the following, with zero tolerance and no exceptions:
CSAM
Child sexual abuse material in any form.
Child Sexual Exploitation
Any exploitation of a minor for sexual purposes.
Grooming
Behaviour intended to build trust with a minor for exploitation.
Solicitation of Minors
Requesting sexual content, contact, or meetings with a minor.
Trafficking Involving Minors
Any facilitation of human trafficking involving children.
Sexualization of Minors
Content that sexualizes a minor, real or fictional.
Sextortion
Threatening or blackmailing a minor using real or alleged access to their intimate images.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Any content or behaviour that exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited on Parea.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
Users can report communities directly within the app, including a dedicated reason for child exploitation or abuse. We are actively expanding in-app reporting to cover additional surfaces across the platform.
Depending on the severity of a violation, our moderation team may take the following actions:
- Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content.
- Warning Notices: Formal warnings for lower-severity violations.
- Temporary Suspension: Time-limited restriction from the platform.
- Permanent Bans: Irrevocable removal from Parea for severe or repeated violations.
- Reporting to Authorities: Referral to law enforcement or organizations such as NCMEC where required by law.
